This is the result of my first white tea experiment back in 2017, it’s the first trying with so many memories. Can still remember that autumn a very good Belgian friend came to see our messing around, with me and another friend, we three are always happy to torture the tea and sometimes drive a car to mountains searching for tea. It was a flash inspiration, what white tea could be with Oolong craft? “Why not!” that’s the response, thus we got our hands dirty. That’s the beginning of the later coming creative White teas, I am pretty sure this will reshape your impression on white tea.
